Though it’s a great fishing experience, the challenge comes in accessing Upper Cullen Lake. There’s no public boat ramp! However for a small fee ($10 at time of publishing), you can put your boat in Upper Cullen Resort. Given the fact that there’s no public access, you can expect a quieter experience and less competition if you are a serious fisher.
Middle Cullen Lake
